All Sipura devices have built-in setup pages that allow the user to customize the settings and set up advanced properties in their devices.

Please note that this article is also applicable for SPA-3000. However, in this article, the device used is SPA-3102.

NOTE: Before accessing the SPA-3102’s set up page, make sure the router is powered on and the computer is wired to the LAN port of the SPA-3102.

Accessing the setup page of SPA-3102

Step 1:
Open a web browser such as Internet Explorer.

Step 2:
Go to the Address bar and enter your SPA’s IP Address (“192.168.0.1” is the default IP of SPA-3102) then press [Enter].

NOTE: If the IP address of the SPA-3102 has been changed, type the gateway’s IP address in the Address bar instead.

By the default, the SPA-3102’s admin-advanced page will not require the user to enter a password. Depending where the user purchased the SPA-3102, the person/company that configured the unit might have put a password on it. Whether the user bought it used or purchased it from a service provider, they were the ones that have the password to the unit.
