How can I Secure my Linksys switch with a Lock?

NOTE: The security slot is where you can attach the Kensington lock to protect the switch from theft.

The security slot can be found in the following Linksys devices:

  • SD205 – 5-Port 10/100 Switch
  • SD208 - 8-Port 10/100 Switch
  • SD216 - 16-Port 10/100 Switch

NOTE: In this example we used the SD208 - 8-Port 10/100 Switch.
