See instructions below for using the recovery utility.
1) Make sure your computer has a static IP address
2) Connect normal Lan cable from router to computer, then plug the adapter that was included with router in to the serial port on computer & connect this to lan 4 on router via lan cable (Some models have a consol cable instead).
3) Disable all firewalls.4) Turn router off & only turn on when prompted.
5) Run the utility, when you get to the part where it asks you to point to a specific file type, choose "All Files" in the "Files of Type" box & then choose the .cem file included with utility (This file will vary depending on model).
6) From this point just follow the prompts & all should be fine.
