There are few required steps to get your device up and running fast with Pennytel.  The details below should get you making and receiving calls in a jiffy.

1. Perform a hardware reset on your SPA3000 or SPA3102

2. Get into the web config of your SPA3000 or SPA3102 and go to the Line 1 tab.
3. Under Proxy and Registration, set Proxy to sip.pennytel.com.
4. Scroll to Subscriber Information, set User Id to 88xxxxxxxxx and enter your Password.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and set Dial Plan to (xx.)

You should be able to make and receive calls at this stage.  You can confirm the device is registered By going to the info tab it shoudl state Line 1: Registered.  If it says failed, check your Pennytel password and username.
