The SPA3102 comes in it's default mode as a router. You may already have a router installed into your network, so need to put the device into bridge mode. The following will also allow you to manage the device from the Internet Port. To begin plug in the unit with an ethernet cable from your current modem/router/switch to the Internet port of the 3102.

After connecting all cables and powering on the device, please use the following steps.

To set Bridge/Switch Mode:
Using the analog handset, dial * * * * 2 0 1 # 1 # 1

To enable Web Config Tool on the Internet (WAN) Interface:
Using the analog handset, dial * * * * 7 9 3 2 # 1 # 1

To find out the Internet (WAN) Interface IP Address:
Using the analog handset, dial * * * * 1 1 0 #

You can now manage the device using the web interface with the IP address you received above.

To set-up the SPA-3102 to bridge mode using the web-based setup page follow the steps below.

When the SPA-3102’s web-based setup page appears, click advanced then Lan Setup.
