Do I need a special phone or can I use my old phone?

An Analogue adapter is designed to replicate a standard telephone port, this means any standard phone that would work with a landline service will also work with the VoIP service.

The ATA, analogue telephone adaptor, will allow you to make calls over the internet by converting the phone audio into data to travel via your fast internet connection.

If you have multiple handsets and the one base station you will be able to make VoIP calls from all handsets associated with the base station attached to the ATA.
If you have any more questions about equipment, (or to check your set up), please email
